Your wax is a valuable hive product, and with the correct equipment it is easy to handle and recover. We can purchase your wax (in block form) or mill it into new foundation
This is a basic unit for hobbyists. A galvanised plate is shaped to fit the standard B Grade 10 frame honey super supplied, (Flat Pack ) which you need to assemble. You can simply lay a sheet of glass over the top for better efficiency . ( Glass not included.) A plastic container can be used under the hole to catch the wax.

This is the perfect solution to uncapping, for those with 20-100 hives. The cappings (with honey) are melted, and flow into a bucket. Next day a solid block of wax floats on top of the honey. Open the gate - the honey flows out. Lift the block of wax off the top.
